Jennah Stich

I am a Therapy Associate, passionate about substance use treatment and recovery as well as working with couples and families, individuals who are experiencing panic/anxiety disorder and depression. I have personal experience with recovery, and I try to apply that to my work with clients when appropriate. I feel that this unique perspective allows me to have compassion and a greater understanding of the challenges my clients face while navigating the stages of change. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in psychology, and received a master’s in social work and a master’s in marriage and family therapy.

I received training from highly qualified supervisors and professors throughout my educational career and feel confident in my ability to work well with clients who are seeking direction in life, who want to heal from various issues, personal, marital, as well as substance use disorders. My experience comes from working closely with clients of all backgrounds who exhibit many diverse needs.

In my therapeutic practice, my goal is always to create a comfortable rapport with my clients, to engage them in their own healing process, and to empower them to take action to reach their specific goals. I believe that everyone is unique and that all deserve to reach their fullest potential. In my practice I allow a safe space for that to take place.

I am passionately committed to facilitating healing and recovery to the individuals, families, and couples that I work with. I look forward to the challenges we will face together, and I have a strong motivation to bring about positive changes in my client’s lives.
